At Apex Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your inbox.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
